General Questions

Yes, we offer delivery services to ensure your shed arrives safely and on time at your specified location.

Miller’s Storage Buildings offers a wide range of structures including Barns, Lofted Barns, Mini Garages, English Garden Sheds, English Cottages, Hunter’s Cabins, Screen Houses, Greenhouses, Greenhouse Combos, Victorian Playhouses, Dog Kennels, Chicken Coops, and Calf Boxes.

Most buildings come unfinished. Floor insulation is standard, but full interior finishing is not included unless noted otherwise. Finish packages are not standard.

Delivery and Setup

All our sheds come with a warranty, ensuring quality and durability for years to come. Contact us for details.

Yes! Delivery is free within 200 miles of the factory. For locations beyond that, it’s $5 per mile.


 Delivery times vary:

New buildings: 4–6 weeks
New double-wide buildings: 6–8 weeks
Inventory buildings: Around 2 weeks
(Weather and site conditions may affect timing.)

Free setup with wood blocks is included if your site is within 18” of level. For more uneven sites or raised setups, fees apply:
Over 18” level difference: $0.30/sq ft with concrete blocks
Full raised on blocks: $0.40/sq ft
Driver collects these fees at delivery.

Your site must be accessible by truck with at least 3 feet of clearance on all sides and adequate overhead space. We recommend blocks every 4 feet on the runners for stability.

Building Specs

Floor runners: 4×4 up to 16’, 4×6 on 18’+
Rafters: 2x4s spaced 24” or 16” OC
Decking: 7/16” OSB
Siding options: LP Smart Siding, Vinyl, or Metal
Roofing options: Metal or Shingles
Paint: Sherwin-Williams “Latitude” line with custom colors available
Porch options: 4’ end porch, painted or PVC railing
Lofts: Typically include a 4’ opening for buildings under 20’ and 8’ for 20’+

Floor insulation is included by default. Wall and ceiling insulation are not standard.

Yes, many models come with windows. Some models (like the Victorian Playhouse and Chicken Coop) include all standard features in the base price.

Payment and Financing

You can:
Pay in full
Use Rent-To-Own (RTO) financing
Finance through Backyard Finance

Standard RTO is available up to $25,000. Larger amounts may be approved on a case-by-case basis.

Yes! Miller’s often runs promotions. Contact a Miller building designer to see if there is any current discount.

Warranty and Policies

Warranties include:
2 years on workmanship and materials.
20 years against termite infestation for treated materials
Lifetime against rot/decay of treated materials
Note: Used, repo, and clearance buildings may not be covered

Yes, but fees may apply:
If canceled after the building is ordered or held for 45 days, refunds may be void.
A 3% restocking fee may apply on standard orders.
Custom builds cannot be canceled without special approval.

Not if it’s under a Rent-To-Own contract. Buildings may not be altered or relocated until fully paid off. Unauthorized relocation may be considered theft under the agreement.

No. These structures are not designed for human habitation. They are for storage and similar uses only.
